The most common question we get asked is how can one promote better beard growth / fill in a patchy beard.  Cue the BEARDED. beard derma roller.

Skin plays a huge part in promoting beard growth.  Damaged skin can cause hair follicles to become dormant – resulting in less / patchy growth.

Our matte black beard roller contains hundreds of 0.5mm titanium needles that penetrate into the skin, kick-starting the skin’s natural repair process and stimulating dormant hair follicles at the same time.  Micro-needling has been proven to both repair skin and promote growth.

  • Always ensure you properly sanitise your beard roller before and after use
  • Apply a premium beard oil to your face and roll the derma roller using medium pressure in all directions all over the skin
  • Use 2-3 times a week – your skin will need time to heal between use


  • Our beard rollers are monogamous – that means, they don’t like to be shared! So keep it to yourself ok
  • It's important that you properly sanitise your derma roller before and after use. We recommend using a 70% isopropyl alcohol solution (which you can get at any hardware store or pharmacy)
  • If you notice inflammation to the skin, you may be pressing too hard. Stop use for a few days, let the skin repair and then try again, applying less pressure
  • They’re here for a good time and not a long time. Depending on usage, your beard roller will last you between 3-6 months (when the needles become blunt, it’s time for a replacement).

We deliver New Zealand wide
We are based in Kaitaia however we can deliver New Zealand wide (excluding PO Boxes).

Rural Deliveries
For Rural Deliveries, please pick a date 2-3 days prior to the desired delivery day. Delivery to Rural addresses can take 1-2 days longer than our standard delivery service. 

How can I choose a date to get my order?
You can select a desired delivery date at the check out. We will send the gift box out two days prior.
Keep an eye on your tracking as this will be updated once the gift box has been dispatched by us.

We will try our best to get your order to you on the selected delivery date and 95% of the time we will, however due to a number of factors (road closures, courier issues, unexpected demand or act of god events), as  we use a third party delivery service, delivery IS NOT 100% GUARANTEED on your selected delivery date.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the gift box is received. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) have been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Partial Refund
- Gift Box missing products
- Gift Box contains incorrect item, keeping in mind that every Celebration Box is hand made and some of the products are seasonal, limited edition, or limited in supply, so there may be slight variation from box to box such as the placement of confectionary, the confectionary and packaging etc.

Refund or Replacement
- Gift Box damaged during transit by delivery company
- Gift Box not received due to error on our end
- Wrong Gift Box recieved

If you have a problem with your Gift Box, please email with your order number and a photo of the Gift Box as it was received. Once we have inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which will be applied back to your original method of payment. Once processed on our end, the payment provider will issue this within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
Please email if you need to cancel your order. Depending on the gift box ordered and time frame given before cancelation not all orders will be fully refunded.
